and that’s the end of work day number 1, i actually managed to stay focused 95% of the time, im super happy with myself. (i also got a giant chunk of work done which i’ll show yall below)

A commission I'd recieved for a custom Mantacorn design from Nifty Boy. This was a lot of fun to make, I especially loved the speckled belly. You DO NOT have permission to copy, trace, heavily reference this art or the Mantacorn species. (which are owned by me) You also DO NOT have permission to use this drawing in any form whatsoever without gaining express permission from both the commissioner and myself.

Future Plans for the Mantacorns: MYOs????

First of all I just want to give a big thank you to those who bought the Mantacorn adopts, or even just complimented their design. I really do appreciate it so very much. I've also got plenty of comments asking if I was going to make the species into a MYO, and initially I wasn't sure anyone would really be willing to purchase MYO slots from me, but I've got quite a few asking for me to do it so I finally caved and said, "yanno what, WHY NOT?" So now expect Mantacorn MYOs in the future.

Problem is, this is going to take me time to develop, I've never created a MYO before, much less a purchasable species besides one offs, so this is entirely new territory I'm not all that used to.

How Can I Help?

Well for a start, if you have any information, tutorials or otherwise, about setting up MYO slots, pricing, and anything similar, please feel free to send it to me. I'm quite the perfectionist, I don't want to make mistakes, especially when it involves money like this, so any little piece of info you can offer me would be a great help. Also, please feel free to tell me what you'd like to see from the Mantacorns, what features you'd imagine them having, or just silly traits you'd like to see in the species. I always make an effort to read everything sent so you can either comment on this journal or on my DA page with suggestions.

When Are They Gonna Come Out?

It's gonna take me a while, I need to get to a point where all my commissions are finished before I start this, meaning that I might close my commissions in order to focus fully on this project. So expect them either this month or next month at the latest. And again if you wanna help speed the process up a bit give me ideas for them, I'd love to hear what you all have to think.

I hope this can get y'all hyped for the species, I sure as heck am. I didn't expect as much love towards them that has been shown, so I hope I can live up to those expectations! Thanks for reading.
