Indulge in the sweet and savory delight of Maple Brown Sugar BBQ Ribs. The perfect balance of maple syrup, brown sugar, and smoky spices creates a mouthwatering glaze that elevates these ribs to barbecue perfection.
Ingredients: 2 racks of pork ribs. 1 cup maple syrup. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Set your grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Add soy sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and salt to a small bowl. This is how you make the BBQ sauce. Put the ribs on a grill that has already been heated up and cook for 15 minutes, turning them over every so often to make sure they cook evenly. Use a lot of the maple brown sugar BBQ sauce to cover both sides of the ribs. Keep grilling for another 15 to 20 minutes, basting the meat with the sauce every now and then. Check the ribs' internal temperature to make sure it's at least 145F 63C. If you need to, change the grilling time. After the ribs are fully cooked, take them off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Then, cut them up and serve. With extra sauce on the side, you can dip the Maple Brown Sugar BBQ Ribs. Enjoy your tasty and mouthwatering barbecue creation!
