An early slightly different Mavis with a red belt, striped socks instead of tights, a rounder hairstyle, and more straight bangs. The image can be found on Marcelo Vignali's website as a header image on the section for production design. This one is pretty much the same model seen on Christian Bouyer's website with minor differences such as the missing scarf, the laces or striped socks.

This model actually seems to be more closely based on Annett Marnat's art, with one of the biggest things being the shape of the bangs. Or maybe it's the same model as seen in the movie with some minor tweaks, that might be more likely.

For reference this is what the hair looks like in the movie below, much more v-shaped bangs and slightly longer in length giving it a less round appearance.
