Early Models

Some character models from Christian Bouyer's website. Pops up as one of the first few results regarding Hotel Transylvania's character designs.

Pre-Sandler Dracula

This one specifically is likely what he would've looked like if it hadn't gotten reworked again. I believe Dracula's redesign is one of the more well known changes about the movie.

Frank based on Carter Goodrich's design

He wore a more simple outfit here, there are actually storyboards that utilize this design. Early on there was a bit of focus on Frank and Eunice's relationship they were either divorced or getting married that lasted through a few different versions of Hotel Transylvania. Eunice would often be referred to as the bride or the divorcee like in the 2005 script.

Not Hotel Transylvania related but Christian Bouyer has done work for other movies like Shrek check that stuff out too, it's pretty neat.

An early slightly different Mavis with a red belt, striped socks instead of tights, a rounder hairstyle, and more straight bangs. The image can be found on Marcelo Vignali's website as a header image on the section for production design. This one is pretty much the same model seen on Christian Bouyer's website with minor differences such as the missing scarf, the laces or striped socks.

This model actually seems to be more closely based on Annett Marnat's art, with one of the biggest things being the shape of the bangs. Or maybe it's the same model as seen in the movie with some minor tweaks, that might be more likely.

For reference this is what the hair looks like in the movie below, much more v-shaped bangs and slightly longer in length giving it a less round appearance.
