Hi! Actually commercial lace nowadys is mostly made by machines! Hand-made lace is a small hobbyist niche. The yarn craft that cannot be replicated with machine is crochet.

hi! i definitely had my wires crossed there, i knew that crochet couldn't be done by machine but i'm not sure why i thought lace was the same. thank you for the correction! :)

Ahhah i actually tried to learn french just to read some of those untranslated albums i bought. Did not work out since im bad with languages but Egmont got its shit together and translated them eventually.

that’s some excellent luck right there, I pray everyday for official english translation of later runs and I wanna borrow some of your luck please??
