Lemon-garlic-paprika chicken
Marinaded some skinless chicken breasts in a zingy marinade of lemon juice, lime juice, crushed garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, paprika, sea salt, black pepper and a tiny touch of maple syrup. Baked in the oven (still in a little of the marinade) at 190 Celsius for about 25 mins until tender. The marinade keeps the chicken wonderfully moist 👌
