Fourth anniversary
Normally I do something meaningful in the story for this event.
The first two years, I did stories involving Garth developing a special ability.
And last year I rewrote the first post from the perspective of Mario.
I'm going to be honest, this year I was planning on having a fast forward to when Garth beomes SUPER. But decided to push that back until next year.
That way it lines up with the 5-year anniversary of when I started writing the blog, and the 10-year anniversary In-Universe of Garth becoming Mario as an apprentice.
But today is not about the story, but instead about appreciation.

I'd like to thank them and their help, work, but most importantly, their friendship.
I believe that these are my best friends within the multiverse. I'm proud to know that I have found such allies willing to stand alongside me.
Check out their work, AUs, and art. I'm using this time to elevate my friends.
Now, there is more than just my friends I'd like to thank.
I want to thank Nintendo's organization and collaborators for creating such a franchise i can write about. I love the Mario Brothers and hope that I can officially write for them someday.
Of course, I'd also like to thank a couple of content creators who have inspired me.
Glitch Production's SMG4 is arguably the biggest fanon included when writing SUPER. Luke and his team are amazing people. I commend them for the time and work they put into making shows. And while i am sad to see the SMG4 series of videos end, i am grateful that they even existed.
@nitrorad is another YouTuber I recommend watching, as he is known for his YouTube videos on horror and RPGs, I'd like to acknowledge that his videos on Platforming are a big inspiration to me. The way he talked about it helped with my writing. I want to write platforming in a narrative context. How to create a story that uses platforming in a medium where the only interaction is to send an ask.
And with that. I'd like to say thank you to the people who have been helpful and important to my life and my projects. Thank you all for helping me live up my dream of writing this story.
Thank you all.
Take care.
...My arm hurts from holding it like this.
