Drunk kisses: Chloé (as Queen Mayor) & Alix + Marinette and Zoé

Scenario: After taking over as Mayor of Paris from her father, she nabs Alix, Marinette and Zoé and turns them into Queen Mayors like her. They were able to defeat The Resistance, turn Alya, Sabrina, Rose and Juleka into their deputies and they're celebrating their huge victory.

Everything happened so fast that Hawkmoth himself didn't know how to react.

Queen Mayor, with determination alone, became incredibly powerful and managed to stay in her akumatized form by hunting down Hawkmoth and taking the Butterfly Miraculous from him.

This also doesn't stop her from getting drunk with power.

She even made sure certain others got these powers as well.

She transformed Alix Zoé and Marinette into different versions of Queen Mayor as well.

And they were all able to defeat the resistance and transform them all into deputies.

They all would celebrate their victory whenever they could.

And tonight was no exception.

Chloé held Alix tight as she rapidly kissed her lips.

"So Bunny, how does it feel to be with the most powerful woman ever?~"

"No complaints here~"

Luka is the one thing stopping me from headcanoning Marinette as a lesbian. Literally the one thing.

Her crush on Adrien is so over-the-top that it feels performative. Like she watched some anime, learned how girls with crushes act (in anime) and then applied that to the first attractive guy she had a romance flag with (the umbrella scene). Their romance has gotten nowhere and it’s at the point where I you could tell me that Marinette is actively self-sabotaging on some level because she knows somewhere deep down that this isn’t what she really wants and I’d believe you.

Meanwhile she also:

-Has the most standard adorable meet-cute with Zoe Lee

-Absolutely adores Clara Nightingale (and lets Clara dip her! While smiling and blushing!)

-Calls Kagami “brilliant, strong, cute”

-Is constantly being physically affectionate with other girls (especially Kagami, who she straight-up tackles at least once)

And that’s just what I remember off the top of my head.

Luka and Marinette are obviously into one another. I like them as a couple. But if not for Luka’s existence, I would be 100% ready to say Marinette is gay and dealing with some serious compulsory heterosexuality.

TL;DR: Marinette has major disaster bi energy but the main straight romance is so poorly written that she almost comes off as a lesbian and it’s only the side quest romance (lukanette) that stops me from committing to that interpretation
