[22:28] "Y/N!" Mark called out for you so sweetly as his arms were opened wide. While it was a cute gesture, tipsy Mark was a difficult one to handle ㅡ especially when he was in public places. He just had the urge to profess his love for you every time.

"Y/N! I love you!" He shouted, earning stares from nearby pedestrians before Mark quickly came towards you for a hug.

Renjun, who agreed to accompany the two of you, had recorded the whole thing as Mark continued to smother you with kisses.

"This is some good blackmail content," Renjun muttered to himself as he visioned Mark failing miserably in getting Renjun to delete the video while Mark cringed internally at the thought of showing affections in public.

“ugh, can we stop studying already?” you whine.

mark stares pointedly at you. “you promised you’re going to improve.”

“but my head is going to explode.”

“didn’t you say your grades were dropping?”

“yeah, but i can’t take in anymore information. i promise i’ll ace this test.”

mark let out a sigh. “okay, fine. if you got another low grade, don’t come crying to me.”

your face immediately brightens up as your boyfriend gives in.

“so, what do you want to do now? you asked me to come here to help you study and—” he takes a sharp breath as you push him to lay down on the bed.

“who says i don’t have anything to do in mind?”

[22:42] “You guys are so mean,” Mark muttered while you and Haechan were still bursting with laughter. For a second, Mark couldn’t help feeling a little bit jealous upon seeing your chemistry with his best friend as they celebrated for the successful prank on Mark. Nonetheless, he still smiled fondly at the two of you.

“Alright, I think I’m going to bed now. It’s getting late.” Letting out a yawn, Haechan said before he headed to his room, not forgetting to wave at his friends as he wished you and Mark a good night.

You were about to go to your room as well when Mark hugged you from the back. You giggled at his sudden show of affection while your hands rested on top of his interlocked ones. However, an involuntary gasp escaped from you when you felt him peppering kisses on your shoulder. It didn’t mean that you didn’t like it, though.

“What’s the matter, Mark?” Turning your head slightly, you noticed the pout on his lips.

“Is it bad that I want you all for myself?” His question had you turning your body to face him. Squishing his cheeks together, you pecked his lips, leaving him wide-eyed at the contact.

“There’s nothing wrong with that. Besides, I’m already yours.”

[02:08] You were surprised to see the lights were still switched on when you came back home. Your lips curved faintly when you spotted Mark lying down on the couch in a fetal position. Approaching him softly, you knelt next to the couch before running your fingers through his hair. With his eyes still closed, Mark quietly hummed as he leant towards your touch.

"You're back already?" Your husband slowly rubbed his eyes before he eventually sat up.

Nodding in response, you helped him to stand up before heading to the bedroom together. The sleepiness didn't wear off as Mark hugged you like a koala while he struggled to keep his balance on his own. Finding the sight endearing, you chuckled.

Mark immediately plopped on the bed while you quickly took a shower, not wanting to leave him alone any longer. When you finally joined him on the bed, Mark's arms instantly reached out for you before he embraced your form closely.

"You smell nice," he murmured mindlessly against your neck before the soft snores escaped from his lips. Pecking gently on his forehead, you caressed the back of his head for a few minutes before you were in a deep slumber.

[13:51] Ever since you had stepped into the supermarket, Mark had been clinging on to you very closely. Even when you tried to reach for the box of cereals on the top shelf, his hold was restricting you from grabbing the item.

“Mark….” His lips curved downwards as he reluctantly removed his arm which was linking with yours previously. His pout remained evident throughout the rest of the shopping trip, in which you couldn’t help kissing his pouty lips as the two of you queued at the cashier.

“We’ll cuddle for the rest of the day after this. How does that sound?”

His eyes twinkled upon hearing the suggestion before he nodded exuberantly.

Maybe do a you trying to keep all the things going wrong in your life away from mark bc you know how stressed out he is. But he finds out and gets all worried and sad. Angst+fluff. Love your writing btw

[18:09] Everything just seems so wrong to you. Things aren’t going the way that you’ve wanted. Even when it seems like you’re approaching your breaking point, you refused to tell Mark, especially when he has a lot in his plate right now. However, it wasn’t long before your boyfriend finds out by himself.

It was another crying session in your room when Mark came into your room unannounced. It was only when he quickly joined you on the bed did you realise his presence.

“Y/N, what’s wrong?” His hand was caressing your back, attempting to soothe your sobs.

“Nothing.” You hastily wiped your tears with the back of your hand. “You don’t have to worry about it.”

“How can I not be worried?” Mark snapped. “You’ve been keeping things to yourself and now you’re crying behind my back.”

“I…” you sniffled. “I just don’t want you to get stressed with my trivial matters.”

“It isn’t trivial when you’re crying over it.” Mark eventually sighed before embracing you in a comforting hug. “Please don’t bottle up your feelings again.”

“I can’t promise you,” you softly said, “but I’ll try.”
