Has doubts. It's a maybe that's leaning on approval more. Sigma does need to show real improvement with himself, distance himself from rest of the doa. Still takes some reassurance but atsushi is on your side as well so, it's a mayproval

Tbh fukuzawa doesn't see poe as a bug threat. Yeah, he is strong enough to take out assassins by himself, and there's a reason why he is a guild members, though this shy boy has been to agency for far too many times. Besides after ranpo now you are there for a reason on why he wont touch ada. So yeah he approves. Dad talk scares the shit out of poe tho

50/50?? Mark isn't all in the spot light so there's a chance he wont know him and everything will go smoothly. In case he knows however, this chance is... doubtful. He isnt fucking around when his workers are on the line. Despite his doubts he hears you out however, mark gotta close up and make some good impression tho. So it's a mayproval from fukuzawa!

Slightly disturbed from his ability, and knowing him from the guild battle for sure he is doubtful leaning on more disapproval. The farmer is a bit too cock for his comfort. He still hears you out! But steinback gotta pull out some major improvements and promises to not to use you as a tool for guild
In all guild scenarios btw, Fitzgerald would totally act like a father in law. Randomly visiting fukuzawa and excusing it as "family bonding".
