Random BSD(mostly Tachihara) 'headcanons' with little to no canon evidence:
Chuuya owns signed copies of all of Lippmans movies. He doesn't watch like half of them, but he has them anyways.(They were Pianoman's.) Higuchi found out and freaked out, I'm headcanoning that she's watched a least a few of his movies + ya know he was famous. She was not expecting one of the biggest movie stars to have also been part of the mafia.(Tachihara, Gin, and Akutagawa had no idea who Lippman was.)
Higuchi joined the PM a little before Tachihara did. She was 17ish and joined it because she needed to make more money for her little sister and no one was hiring her. Her parents had recently died, which is why she was even looking for a job. She dropped out of school to try and find work and money to care for her sister.(Headcanoning Higuchi as 21 in the main timeline because I can. also this will be my headcanon for my girl until we get canon backstory about my queen.)
Tachihara, in the beginning of his HD career, tried to copy what he remembered Shunzen being like. Like, just trying to be polite and shit. Tachihara has identity issues and I refuse to let it go.(My semi canon evidence is him saying that he joined the PM to become someone in chapter 77 I think.)
Tachihara throughout like half of Cannibalism was like, 'do I actually care about this?' 'ill just get sent back after mori's death.' 'hmmmmmm i miss my bed i dont caaareee about thiiiiissss' 'cant kouyou just take overrrrr' 'what am i going to make for dinner tonight? hmmmmmmm'
Higuchi forced some of the others to watch movies and shows she watched as a kid once she found out that half of them did not watch like any shows or movies when they were children cause they didn't really get to be kids when they were kids.
Hirotsu has been in the mafia for a very long time. Have been since he was a minor. He's been in the Black Lizard since he was about 18ish, never cared about changing where in the PM he worked cause he likes the Black Lizard.(he knew ranpo's parents. ranpo's parents in the black lizard one fav headcanon tbh)
Yosano is fine(ish) with Dazai's suicidal tendency's because she knows he'll be okay, but she is not okay with him doing anything with hanging.
Tachihara knows a lot about what happens to a body when it's hung because he looked it up.(He got drunk once and described the whole process + some traumadump to a very sober Hirotsu. Hirotsu was just going, 'yeah im not letting this kid drink again. He just trauma dumped for 20 minutes before passing out.' tachi didn't say shit about anything actually important that would jeopardize his mission just talked about his parents and how to probably hang someone and also the first time he killed someone.)
Found this in a fanfic(it's peak go read it) but it does make sense so I'm accepting it. Tachihara undergoing torture training(probably all the HDs had to undergo something similar) and Jouno just being like 'your screams are annoying this is not because i care that would be weird.' they are brothers sm.
The first time Tachihara killed a guy was while he was in the gang(10/11ish). He didn't mean to kill the guy, he panicked and used his ability, killing the guy.
Yosano's parents died a little before the Great War and she was living with her Grandparents before Mori stole her.(Said grandparents didn't notice that she had even left.)
This is another Tachihara thing i found in a fanfic(also peak read it, it's so good the headcanons are so good wjfjwjbd.), Tachihara picking up smoking pre HD and then Hirotsu is the one who is like 'bitch stop you're too young to get lung cancer'. Hirotsu gets a bunch of the others to help him stop the young child from stop smoking.
Sigma lazy sketches sometimes, just like flowers or coins or hearts. Or ya know his annoying coworkers dead.(cough Nikolai and Fyodor cough)
Akutagawa reminded Bram of a young knight he used to know, and that was one of the main factors of why Aya was intrusted to Akutagawa.

Higuchi is bi trust, same with Tachihara and Gin. Kajii is pan/ace because yes. Chuuya and Akutagawa are gay. Kouyou is also a bicon. Hirotsu is Hirotsu and Mori is Mori. Gin is She/They bite me. Chuuya trans.
Most of the ADA is bi with Ranpo(gay), Yosano(aro/ace), Naomi(straight), Haruno(les/aro), and Kyouka(straight) as the exceptions. Tanizaki trans.
The Guild is mostly straight with the exceptions of Alcott(les), Lucy(bi), Poe(gay/ace), John(gay), and Lovecraft(gay). Mark is Mark idk what to tell you, he might be pan but also it would be funny if his twink ass was straight💀.
The only members of the HD who aren't gay are Tachihara(bi) and Teruko(aro/ace scale).
Nikolai is gay, Sigma is bi, Fyodor is Fyodor also ace, and Bram is pan. Ivan is gay af.
Note at the end here: I've only really thought about Tachihara headcanons tbh because he's infected my brain and he won't leave. Tbh I'm not doing much to get it out but like he's so cool and there's not much that catches my eye while I'm being obsessed with something. XD. Really wish there was more Tachihara centric content on ao3.(Or just more Hirotsu and Tachihara content. I love their bond sm)
