“Hey Jeno” you smile at your best friend as you sat down next to him. He looks up from his phone and wave at you. He was holding his sandwich with his teeth. You laugh and took out your lunch box.

“What did Mrs. y/l/n made?” He look past your shoulder as you open up the container. It reveal perfectly made kimbap. The smell was still strong and it was still warm.

“Whoa! This smells so good!” Jeno sniff your food. You giggle and took out chopstick and took one of the kimbap. You turn to him, holding the kimbap with the chopstick. He looks at you and then the kimbap. He didn’t take any chances and grab the kimbap with his mouth. You laugh and turn back around and try the kimbap yourself.

“Wow! This is so good!” Jeno says with his mouth full of food. You slap his arm, telling to close his mouth.

“Afternoon, people” Haechan plops down in front of us.

“Hi” Jeno and I said at the same time. Haechan look at us and shook his head.

“You both are like twins, say things at the same time and doing things at the same time. It’s weird” Haechan said. We both shrug and continue to eat the kimbap.

“Where’s Mark?” Haechan look around the lunch room, he saw Mark come to the table and plops down next to us.

“What’s up guys?” Mark smile as he rub his hands together, preparing himself to eat.

“Hyung, don’t you have to be at a club right now?” Jeno asks. I look at Mark who’s face was inside the bowl of soup.

“I’m too hungry to be at that club and it’s boring” Mark says. Jeno shrug and continue to be on his phone.

All three of you guys has been friends since the start of art school. All of you guys wanted to be singers and dancers that’s what brought you all together. Though, Jeno and you have been friends since you were babies. Everyone thought you both were siblings since how close you both were but you both know you were really good friends.

Lately, you’ve been distant with him because there’s a feeling inside of you that makes you question whenever your around Jeno. Yes, Jeno is grown already. His voice got deeper, his face got bigger and he got taller. Whenever you both accidentally touch each other, your heart beats so fast you walked quickly away from him.

“Y/n? Hello? Earth to Y/n” You snap out of your thoughts to see Jeno’s face was so close to you. You jumped a bit because how close he was. You begin choking on the rice and one of the rice ended up on Jeno’s cheek.

“Sorry” You took the rice and throw it away. He smiles and pull you by shoulder and lean his head on your shoulder.

“Wanna go put tonight?” He asks, his eyes were smiling. You cough again and look at Haechan and Mark. They both wiggle their eyes at me and winking as if they know what’s going on.

“I have to study tonight, sorry!” You pick up your bag and quickly ran away from him.

“Y/n, Jeno is here” my mom said. I gasp and quickly get myself out of the bed and onto my study desk and opening up to random page of the book.

“Hey y/n” Jeno head peek through the crack of the door. You wave at him as he brought your lunchbox to your face.

“You left these during lunch, Don’t worry I didn’t throw away the food, it’s safely tuck in my belly” There he go again, smiling. You started blushing and took the bag and put it on the floor.

“W-why are you here?” You nervously asks him. He shrug and sat on your bed. He begin playing your blanket as if he’s trying to hold himself from talking.

“I, I don’t know. I was going home but I was distracted from thinking and the I ended up being in front of your house” Jeno shrug. You narrow your eyes at him and kick his shin.

“Don’t lie to me!” You yelled at him. He defensively shook his head no and puts his hands up in defense.

“I swear I’m not,” He said. “Maybe my heart wanted me to come here.” He said a little bit quieter, thinking I won’t hear it. I turn my whole body around to look at him, he look up at you and then look back down.

“What was that?” You wanted to hear him say that again. He quickly shrug and cover his head with his hoodie. You smile, getting up and sit next to him on the bed. You tried to pull his hoodie down but he won’t let you.

He finally gave up and let you pull his hoodie down. Both of your hand grip his hoodie and move it down from his head. Your hands landed on his broad shoulder as your face were inches apart from his face. Your eyes widen as you realize how close you both were. You quickly move yourself back but Jeno grab your arms before you could let go.

“I like you, y/n” he confesses. A faint of relief escape his mind as he finally said those words. Though, you don’t know if he was just kidding or your just hearing things.

“I really, really like you y/n” he said again. This time you heard it loud and clear. You blink and open your mouth but nothing make out.

“Jen-“ you started but nothing escape. You closes your eyes trying to gain your senses and finally tell him how you really feel.

“Jeno, I really, really, like you too” You finally confessed. You open your eyes to see his eyes were smiling again. He pulls your hoodie over your head and pulls your head closer to his face.

“May I?” He looks down at your lips and wait for you to say yes. You smile and nodded. He pulls your hoodie and leans in to kiss your lips. Both of your lips perfectly fit against his. You never thought you would ended up being his and him yours.
