@marley-v -- both great ideas, thank you! I wish I’d thought of the basement pool idea earlier, but I have nowhere to put the stairs now. I’ll see if I can make it work, some kind of outdoor entrance maybe? I’m not sure it’s doable. I think I wanted to make all the penthouse lots into residential properties. I’ll have a pool in the Oasis Springs gym. I built a Lido once for Newcrest -- I might resurrect that idea when I finally get around to that world (which will take some time because Newcrest scares me. Blank canvases are terrifying).

@jenba -- well this is a thing that is happening now!!!! Although it feels like a restaurant called Mrs Dalloway’s should be in Willow Creek or Windenburg... I JUST FEEL NO AFFINITY TO THE POSH AREAS OF SAN MYSHUNO ugh. I’m considering moving the Landgraabs to the penthouse lot, so maybe building a swanky pad for them will get me in the right frame of mind idk.

8 and 9.  The honey, honey bottle and Beeswax can be sold through inventory and CL sales table for a tidy profit. The honey and wax are not collectible throughout the day but they can be collected only when the bees have been smoked.Also has adequate cooling periods.
