Hello!

I finally got to play BOTW again!! And, well...this is just abt the fame bc I wanted to get 2 knowthough!

Some simple starter questions:

Favorite champion?

Favorite side quest?

Favorite Devine beast?

Favorite side character?

Favorite decendent? (Basically: Riju, Sidon, the rock guy...forgot his name. The guy who helps you when going to Daruk's Devine beast. or Toba)

Least favorite character?

Most annoying character?

My answers (bc yes >:3)

1: Mipha or Urbosa. Tho I almost cried at Daruk, I love that man <3

2: idk, I don't do side quests often . I do like memeory capturing tho!

3: Mipha's or Daruk's!

4: uhh...I like the painting guy, Impact, and Para (the girl who turned herself 6 y/o)

5: Sidon and Riju all the way!

6: Ganon and the Yiga Clan 10000%

7: Yiga and guardians.

8: NO I LOVE THE KOROKS! I WOULD DIE FOR THEM. THEY ARE MY CHILDREN

LOL HELLO! Soooooo if I'm being completely honest I have spent SO much time in that game just 'splorin and doing a whole lotta nothing important yet HDKFKGKG so, in truth,,, I have not defeated a single divine beast yet ✌️😔 it took me a long time to even get to dueling peaks stable bcuz I was too busy chasing after anything that caught my eye. Constant bird walks, so to speak. Or literally to speak, if I happened to see a bird.

So a lot of this will be based off of the stuff I just know from like, my sister info dumping or reading things online bahaha. My answers under the cut bcuz this got long!! I talk too much!!

1. Favorite champion as far as like, abilities, I'm going to assume will be Mipha bcuz I think it would be fantastic to not die LOL (tho recharge time is understandably pretty long and the amount of times I do stupid stuff I'd probably be dying plenty anyway) However I think Urbosa is super duper cool, like, dang, imagine being as cool as she is... Wowie...... But Daruk really is a cutie!!! 🥺 his messages shoot me right in the heart. Wdym ur scared of dogs u big sweetie silly guy <3333 I have not answered this question oops. Uummmm. Ummm mmmmmmmm. Man you really came to one of the most indecisive people on the planet with these questions. Eenie meenie miny moe- jk I'll just go with Mipha ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

2. I'm not sure I can answer this one yet 🤔 the only side quests I can even remember doing off the top of my head atm are like, finding the Cuccos, showing that lady my archery skills (eyyyuuckkk get away from me woman), and like, showing one weapon to that little boy in Hateno. Oh! And catching bugs for the creepy guy that's got a big crush on inn girl in Hateno (my memory for names is the worst thing ever sorry). So out of those, the last one, bcuz the entire thing was really funny to me. She hates him and she's gonna hate him even more soon. Hilarious >:) so funny I wrote a mini fic about it even, so like yeah for now, out of what I remember doing, I'll pick that one

3. This is based purely off appearance bcuz I've not done anything with any of them but seen the cut scene in Gerudo Desert and then promptly continue to goof around doing other stuff ovo;; so I'm gonna either go with Vah Rutah bcuz I think elephants are great and I like water aesthetics and stuff, or the Master Cycle which is not actually a choice based entirely on appearance bcuz while it's sooo funny they made him a motorcycle that looks like a horse, it's even funnier that it runs on apples. So Van Rutah for aesthetic, Master Cycle for funnies (and I mean. I haven't made use of it yet except trying it out once on my sister's save before I officially started playing my own, but it can go places horses can't and doesn't take damage like horses so. That's handy)

4. Favorite side character... No... The accursed question... I love so many NPCs and side characters... I do love Purah but if I'm being honest I have such affection for Spinch and his horse Spinch bcuz wow how silly. I also really love Bolson and Hudson! Oh but wait, there's also Beedle my beloved... And Kass can't forget about him. Omg and um oh what's her name it starts with an M, the old Gerudo lady that watches over the goddess statue!! I LOVE her. Muava I think? And Kohga, can't forget about that goofy guy even though I personally have not met him yet... Agh I can't choose, I'm sorry, I have such a soft spot for side characters 😔 one of my many weaknesses

5. Favorite descendant is Riju or Sidon, I can't pick grahhhh. I like Teba a lot too but I like Tulin more LOL sorry Teba :P (and nothing against Yunobo!! I like him too just not as much as the others)

6. Least favorite characters... The thirsty arrow girl has gotta be on the list. She gives me the ick. Like girl... Pls ... ✋ Umm, who else... I don't feel like I've really run into characters I dislike! Oh wait the evil statue. Hate that guy. Loaded an old save after talking to him bcuz even tho nothing really changed other than having the option to use it, I didn't want Link having had talked to it at all. Begone, creepy statue. Do monsters count LOL I actually don't mind the Yiga. I mean, it can be annoying fighting them sometimes, but I actually love the Yiga as a whole, I'm so charmed by them <3333 I want to make a Yiga OC....

7. Most annoying character... I mean I have a feeling I will have a hard hard time fighting any form of Ganon and that'll probably drive me up a wall LOL I always say I'm bad at video games and my sister says I'm probably relatively average but like. Idk man I don't think I'm that great. I'm a big coward chicken on top of it all too HAHA I get easily spooked by difficult things. So I don't look forward to any of those battles! OH wait those wrinkly prune temple spirit orb guys at all the shrines. I wanted to fight em the second I laid eyes on the first one. Idk why. They bug me.

8. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Okay if I'm being totally honest I did drop a rock on one once. Just to see what happens!!!! Haven't harmed any since, I prommy, I just had to satiate my curiosity! But I do love the Korok. :) they charmed me in Wind Waker and continue to charm me now!

So all these recent asks on here made me wonder, if we dump Ignis because of Red Flags will we still have the option to choose or attitude?

Also asking for a friend, why does Mars exist? (This is a bait, tell me all the possible lore I can get from this)

Probably not, no. The idea is that these are going to be mutual, clean breaks, which are decided because... well, it's not going to work. It's something that comes at the MC's prodding, and so it doesn't really... make sense to me, I suppose, to allow the MC to hate Ignis for it, for example? Or, rather, I can see how it would come to that, but it feels like the kind of overt drama that I'm not really sure I want to explore (since we're already getting plenty of petty drama, anyway :p).

As for Mars... Have you ever been in a situation where you know someone sucks, or that they're not a good person, but you owe them a debt anyway, and you feel like you have to pay them back for it? That's more or less what's going on.

Mars's family had issues in the past, very serious ones, and they are issues which Mars blames himself for. He couldn't solve them himself, which is when Stratton came around and offered them all a shoulder to lean on.

Now... Mars feels indebted because of that. He doesn't agree with Stratton politically, economically, or even on what's the best burger place, but that doesn't matter. Mars owes a debt, and to pay it back, he's going to shut his mouth, stand behind Stratton, and stifle his own dreams.

He's a bit of an opposing character to Nova in that regard. Nova didn't owe a personal debt, but (part of) his family does, and in their attempt to 'pay it back', they made Nova's life incredibly painful. Nova's family believes that they all just need to grin and bear it, because that's what they have all been taught, but the whole 'suffer quietly because that's what is expected of you' track doesn't resonate with Nova, so he... broke the circle and left. He shouldn't have to put his own wellbeing, both physical and mental, as well as his future, on the backburner, for the sake of someone that proves every single day they do not care for it.

There's gotta be more to life than that, right?

Did you know CU was gonna be a live action film in the 90s? I mean, Melvin and George and Harold would be ridiculously cute in live action, but Krupp/CU? Hard pass. XD

Hey, I've seen my dad in his underwear and I must say, I'm constantly jealous of him. Awesome fat dad bod, 10/10. Shave his chest and back and we'll get a deadringer for Krupp/CU and it would be glorious. Though... the Krupp self shippers would probably grow even higher in number and more ravenous...

Still a hard pass, though. Live action wouldn't properly capture the style of this show.
