alright! i do have a few!
they’re selective mute! i can’t speak too much on this but i think they’d have it due to the constant stress of their parents arguing, moving around, etc. they’ve been through a lot through their childhood and they’re still a child!
i know you can change douchebag’s gender but since the other kids often imply that douchebag/the new kid doesn’t rly fall under any sort of gender (like craig saying “you’re rly neither a boy or a girl”), i hc that they’re most likely nonbinary. or, if my bias allows, agender even (since that’s how i identify)
i think they absolutely loathe cartman. i mean besides obvious reasons (hint it’s cartman), he was .... more or less using douchebag (and all the other kids) for his own scheme so like . you know.
i think they’re either fairly well-liked or viewed as neutral by the other kids. i think they’re particularly good friends with scott malkinson, butters, and wendy. these three because of how they interact with douchebag (generally the most positive). though, i think tweek sees them fairly positively too! (he tries being nice to everyone tbh, except cartman)
also yes i’ve been using they/them pronouns for douchebag, i think that’s what they like the most!
