It's probably a bad sign for the heroes (consisting of Iron Man, Hulk and Spider-Man) when Hercules comes asking for a favor. It's just a little job that needs doing, but this is Hercules and he is doing one of those twelve labors. Before they know it, Iron Man, Spider-Man and the Hulk are stuck with looking after Orthus and Cerberus, the two legendary hellhounds of the underworld. Luckily with a lot of training and patience, the hellhounds learn to behave after chewing up only a few cars, a statue, and Iron Man, and finally they are obedient enough for the Metro Dog Show. Even though the hellhounds have won the competition, there is another problem - Hercules wants the hellhounds back. Before the heroes could get a ribbon, they get into a scuffle with Hercules (at the courtesy of Hulk). After a misunderstanding fight is cleared up, the heroes managed to get a ribbon as a ribbon for the hellhounds' obedience and for their publicity stunt.
