Favorite Headcannons!

This was the result of the vote! Most of them are Irondad and rightfully so. The rest are assorted Avengers because why not? Oh wait it's just Peter and Clint, oops, gotta put more people in there.

Peter writes fanfiction, specifically Star Wars. MJ made fanart for one of his fics at least once.

Tony drinks his coffee black and Peter has been banned from drinking coffee altogether after The Incident (two hours of hyper).

Clint is constantly in the vents (basic and obvious as a favorite, I know. My username is literally a reference to it). He's got a camp up there and Alpine visits a bunch.

Peter is a snugglebug and everyone's just accepted how touchy-feely he is. His favorites are May and Tony, obviously (Harley too in the Parkner AU), but all the Avengers are fair game, as are Ned and (begrudgingly) MJ.

Bucky's arm is magnetic and according to Peter and Clint, he's the fridge now.

Peter and Clint have similarly massive appetites. Peter because of his enhanced metabolism, Clint because he's Clint. Tony's grocery bill saw a huge bump in 2012 and a similarly sized one in late 2016.

Steve has separation anxiety because of the war and what happened to Bucky when they were apart.

saw a post on twitter about bob and his amnesia after being void/sentry and I have a headcannon.

my headcannon is that bob remembers everything about being sentry. cause that’s like his highest mood ever and he’s so happy and having a good time. except with valentina, obviously. I think he was like a mix of bob and sentry.

he also forgets about being by void. since that’s like his low time where he’s sad and depressed.

it’s a bit self indulgent for me, cause I remember everything from when I was happy. like hanging out with friends or going to a concert. but I don’t remember my family trip to universal studios like at all cause I was so depressed

MARVEL Headcannon #7:

It was basically confirmed in the Loki series that what passes as candy on Asgard was fruits and nuts. It can be implied that before coming to Earth, dessert for these two would be fruit tarts and fruit cake.

That being said, this is why Thor took such a strong liking to Pop Tarts and why the day the Avengers showed Loki sugar is one that must never be spoken of ever. Let's just say, a kid in a candystore was a more than apt description of what transpired, and there was a reason why Loki had such restricted access to grapes and nuts (and why when pretending to be Odin they indulged on these), a Chaos God on sugar is stuff of nightmares.

Also, Tony will forever be blamed for showing Loki chocolate. The day Loki discovered Chocolate Fountains was a day that still brings chills to those who remember having to separate Loki from it and wrangle the slippery, sugar high god.

You two weren't friends, to begin with

she was kind of bitchy and your snippy comments didn't help

In the beginning, it was a rivalry, nothing major, just enough to get in a fistfight and a couple of broken noses

But when a new Mutant came through the small school and tried to take Illyana's dragon plush you became friends

he was a stupid boy who could teleport

and unluckily for him, he teleported in front of you and you smashed his nose into the door

That's when the real rivalry dropped and become a back-and-forth sarcasm bet

You two pretty much stayed together from that point on

Ilyana had taken the opportunity to customize all of your jeans with different details and patterns

Rock music was always heard in your shared room

*•.¸♡𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙮 : You go with Eddie to help him on a little superhero mission but it ends with you both trapped in a small space

"Eddie, I can help," You insisted following after Eddie.

"Yeah, I know that," Eddie sighed, reluctantly nodding. "But could you just wait until I cleared this place out?" Eddie sighed again, looking across the hall. Eddie cursed under his breath and grabbed your hand, pulling you into a small tight closet on the left.

Eddie's hand stayed on your waist and you could feel the cold metal of his rings against your skin, even through the clothes you wore. "Eddie-" Eddie pressed his hand over your mouth, motioning for you to be quiet. Pairs of footsteps approached, and you tried to shrink away but wherever you tried to go was a wall or Eddie's chest.

Eddie's grip on your waist tightened as the footsteps moved closer to your hiding spot. Eddie let his hand fall from your mouth, accidentally dragging his fingertips along your bottom lip. He leant forward slightly and rested his hand next to your head on the wall behind you, closing the small space even more.

Eddie tilted his head to the side making the rope of his necklaces drag on the skin of his neck. You imagined how his skin felt. Would it be soft? Would Venom constantly be healing him? If you bit hard enough would it bruise? Would it leave a mark? Eddie listened as the footsteps finally went away. "See this is why it's a bad idea for you to follow me," Eddie chastised in a hushed voice, turning his head back to face you, and you couldn't help but let your eyes fall to his lips for a moment. They were a soft pink and he had a small indent on his bottom lip, slightly to the side. He always dig his teeth into his lip when he was nervous, you guessed it finally took its toll. Eddie shifted, noticing your silence. "You okay?"

Your eyes finally moved from Eddie's lips and surveyed how close he was. "You're very close," You whispered, your hands trailing down the front of Eddie's hoodie, your breath fanning over his cheeks. Eddie looked down at you and along your body. You felt hot under his gaze as shifted his hips away from your leg.

"Sorry," Eddie mumbled, now taking his time to look at your lips. They were slightly chapped and were tinted a soft red from the drink you had earlier. Your tongue darted out to swipe across your bottom lip, noticing Eddie's eyes hadn't moved. "Is it wrong to want to kiss you?" Eddie questioned his eyes moving up to your eyes for a moment.

"No, but your timing is awful," You teased, trailing your hands back up to his shoulders. Eddie leaned down and pressed your lips together, his hand leaving the wall to cradle the back of your neck.

"I'll wait," You promised.

Eddie tried to pull you closer but groaned against your lips. "Venom says we have to go," Eddie mumbled. You laughed softly and kissed him once more.

Four hours passed. The air was still and you were asleep. The apartment was drowning in silence and Kingo curled into the blankets on his bed. His broken sobs were swallowed by the pillow, his anger completely gone and replaced with utter disgust at himself. 

He yelled at you. That wasn't the bad part, every couple argued. The bad part was it was his fault, completely and solely his fault. You were the most amazing thing to ever happen to him, the most gorgeous creature that will grace this earth.

Kingo cried harder, the thought of you slipping from between his fingers made him want to disappear into nothing. His body ached and his heart hurt more than anything he thought possible. 

He pushed himself up, hoping you were awake and you could talk with the hope he wouldn't have lost you. Even just to call. His find immediately shoots to the possibility you grabbed your bag and jumped to Sersi or Ajak.

The couch was tough and dug against your skin. Kingo stepped out of his room, his hair a tangled mess and his eyes so sunken they threatened to disappear. Some part of Kingo was relieved you were still in the house, relieved you hadn't given up on him. 

Kingo shuffled over to you trying his hardest not to wake you, but the deep purple bags setting under your eyes and the red in your cheeks nearly matched the red of Makkari's armour. You looked a mess, completely broken and torn from his words. 

Kingo choked on a sob, rushing back to your shared room and falling against the door. Kingo bit his knuckle, trying to contain his sobs just making his body shake in discomfort. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so fucking sorry," Kingo mumbled to himself pulling at the roots of his hair. 

The morning was dull, the weather outside the window matching the tasteless tone that radiated from the apartment. Your eyes were barely open, watching, just watching. You hoped for the sun to break through and give you some sort of sign that Kingo truly didn't mean those words.

Some part of you knew; a part that knew Kingo honestly couldn't mean it.

However, deep down, deep within the cracks of your heart, the cracks that were always rebroken, shattered by the twisted thoughts of your mind, some part thought... maybe he meant it. Maybe the words that slipped past his tongue weren't clouded by anger but released with the barriers broken with each yell, each scream, each hurtful thought.

The walls in your mind you managed to scrape together in your slumber if the painful and sorrowful whispers of the night could be called sleep; were thrown down as aggressively as a cyclone moving through a newly planted garden.

You couldn't sit any longer, couldn't sit waiting for the sky to tell you what to do. With the strength you managed to conjure into your bones, you pushed to stand. The house felt distorted like someone spun you before releasing you onto a merry go round.

Stumbling to the bathroom, you doused your face in water, some hope of washing the sadness away. Staring into the mirror, you could see yourself; a damaged, shambled version of yourself. Huffing and turning, in hopes to ignore the blank version of yourself staring at you in the mirror.

The kitchen felt strange, normally Kingo would sing to the radio as he made his morning coffee, sometimes spinning and moving with the beat. You would sit and watch, Kingo could make you smile no matter what he did, his silly little mannerisms, his pride in every project he did.

Even with the memories running through your mind, you wondered... did he mean it?
