Max is older than Joy by about 12 minutes, and they’ve been together practically their whole lives. Joy’s mother died when she was born, and no one could ever find her father.

Joy isn’t her real name, it’s just a nickname that Max gave her, but everyone calls her that. And she kinda prefers it. To call her by her first name, you gotta be at least a level 4-5 friend.
