Yknow guys idk if its just a me thing but while everyone's having a teensy weensy crash out over the reboot, I'm just sitting here and going: "so... what you're telling me is there's a chance I'm getting Spideytorch content." and watching the world burn around me.

They're rebooting the MCU, and he probably won't be recast (or even included) but if I had to choose a new actor for Doc Ock;; here are a few of my top choices.

This is kinda running under the assumption that they're not gonna replace Otto with Olivia, and I'm praying they don't. They've been phasing Olivia into a lot of Spider-Man media and phasing Otto out, and while I DO like Olivia, she's not a beautiful fat old man 💔 she's pretty but she's not what I think of when I think of Doc Ock.

1. Matt Berry

I really enjoyed him in 'What We Do In The Shadows'! I think he's funny and attractive, and this is a semi-dated photo of him,, his hair's a little more grey right now, which I think is fairly fitting for Otto.

2. Nick Offferman

Now I will admit, visually, he doesn't really seem fitting, but his past roles and generally the way he acts pushed me to add him. I'm a big Nick Offerman fan, and 100% go out of my way to watch a show or movie every time he's in it. He's also a big name in acting but not obnoxiously big so that he's in literally everything (like The Rock or Chris Pratt.)

3. Jon Hamm

"Be for real, Marcy..." I AM BEING FOR REAL! I reaaaallly liked him as Gabriel in Good Omens, and honestly, I think he could rock Otto. Make his hair a bit longer, and he's a shoe-in for it.

That's really all I could come up with, actually. If Harlan Ellison were still alive, I would've thrown him up there.

Obviously, nobody in the world could ever do better than Molina, but gun to my head, these are my top three picks.
