i just think Kieran Culkin would be a great Tony Stark in the mcu reboot
Listen I love the mcu and the cast as much as the next person, but I’m so excited for the reboot so that they can redeem themselves for the casting of Clint Barton
Because wdym you saw this cool ass man and decided to cast Jeremy Renner ???
So.... the mcu is going to have a reboot. How we feeling? I'm just hoping and praying they don't recast my baby Sebastian PLEASE DON'T DO THIS. Are they going to recast everyone?? Or are they just putting everyone on the same timeline... yall my heart hurts.
Serious conversation, who’s staying after Secret Wars.
Ok, so, since we know Secret Wars is gonna soft reboot the MCU and recast a bunch of characters, such as all the X-Men, Tony Stark, and Captain America, who do we think are going to stay?
Obviously, Tom Holland’s Spidey and the New Fantastic Four are probably staying. They’re too important to recast.
Deadpool is staying as Ryan Reynolds, literally no one can do it like he can.
Channing Tatum had fought tooth and nail to play Gambit, if any of the X-Men aren’t gonna be recast, he’s probably the one staying.
This one is superrrrr biased, but Iman Vellani is genuinely too perfect as Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) to be recast. She’s literally the character in real life.
Kind of a lightning round, but Moon Knight, Thor, Loki, Antman, Scarlet Witch, Captain Marvel, and Kate Bishop probably won’t be recast either, they’re way too perfectly casted.
The Mcu reboot is going to be Dc victory in the long run.
As someone who’s been a mcu fan for 4 years and a Dc fan for 3 years. I have loved these fandoms a lot.
And I honestly never thought I’d see the day where the DCEU surpasses MCU. But after the Batman (2022) and Superman (2025), which were so big and did so well. I can see a future for them.
While marvel on the other hand has always been on a downward spiral ever after the Endgame. Sure some were excited to see what’s next but they lost a lot of viewers because they killed off such iconic actors and characters. Which isn’t really their fault but still.
And any project after has felt empty and honestly so confusing. They were doing what DCEU was always hated for; multiple universes.
So after the superman movie and the DCEU “reboot” marvel got the idea they’d do the same thing.
But what marvel forgot is that they were never hated in the first place, sure the projects were crap but people adored the old marvel movies. And rebooting it? That’s just digging yourself deeper.
Giving DC a time to shine
Again-never thought this would happen but i can see dc outshining marvel.
Which is funny cuz in the comics the opposite is happing. Dc keeps pushing out shitty comics while marvel hasn’t. (That I know of)
first, tf will austin butler play gambit in the reboot???
second, daniel radcliffe would've made amazing wolverine. as much as i love hugh jackman and he's one of my celebrity crushes, i wanna see animal like short and hairy logan on the screen
I don’t get the whole MCU “soft reboot” thing and I keep seeing people talking about marvel replacing all the actors/characters
Y’all I’m scared, what does it mean? 😭
