One of the things i love about SAM in Mass Effect : Andromeda is that they are non gendered. The actress who voices SAM has had their voice modulated to sound neither male nor female and characters talk about SAM mostly as a he or they. Sometimes the voice does sound feminine and other times masculine. Considering they are neither and in fact a sentient AI with no gender at all, i love that they have not sexualised them like they did EDI.

My first year participating as an Artist for MEBB 2022. Decided to sign up just a few weeks after giving birth to my first baby. The majority of the work was done awkwardly holding my ipad above her as she breastfed or slept. I’m replaying Mass Effect Andromeda to try and give it another chance, but it just keeps getting worse and worse the more I think about it.  The whole transhumanism plotline just makes me sick.  It’s as thematically revolting as ME3′s ending (and for the same reasons - they learned nothing), and is ultimately insulting to its established characters, races, and lore.

So in the new ME trailer all I could think was Sam will know when you’re doin the do and then they said Sam is connected to your senses and now I have to wonder if sam feels EVERYTHING.

I’m sorry Sam. You’re gonna get a lot of second hand ass touching sessions.
