Common sense gun safety laws protect us without violating our right to bear arms. Texas Shooting: Those who Govern the US & Owns the Means of Production (ie: the Capitalist) don't give a fuck about the safety of the masses of the working classes. They profit from the violence, death, and disruption. The Solution: Stop dealing with this Symptoms (school shootings, poor mental health, community dissolution, apathy, reactionary violence, police atrocities, etc) and deal with the root of the issue (ie: be Radical): Capitalism, White Hegemony, Sexism (sexism drives men to see violence as their right and a confirmation of their manhood).

Putting limitations on the 2nd Amendment will likely NOT lead to a compete and total break-down of the amendment. There are limits on the 1st Amendment, and I think everyone can agree that CHILD PORN should be illegal. So why are assault rifles still legal? Why are guns so easy to purchase? The "slippery slope" argument just doesn't hold up.
