Federal judge orders books with LGBTQ content to return to library shelves in Texas

A federal judge in Texas has ordered officials to return books containing LGBTQ content to shelves after they were removed from public libraries.

The residents said in the lawsuit that the decision by county officials to remove the books from library shelves violated the First Amendment and 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. The books were removed from the shelves of three libraries in the Llano County library system.

Putting limitations on the 2nd Amendment will likely NOT lead to a compete and total break-down of the amendment. There are limits on the 1st Amendment, and I think everyone can agree that CHILD PORN should be illegal. So why are assault rifles still legal? Why are guns so easy to purchase? The "slippery slope" argument just doesn't hold up.
