I like to think that when Alfred calls Bruce, “Master Wayne/Bruce” he’s using the “Master” honorific that is meant for young boys. Using the “Master” title in that way is also more common in the UK. 

So Alfred just continues to see Bruce as a boy even though he’s the head of the household.
