Go to day Job or head into Swim Office. around 8am If you are a full time coach~ You will spend the day answering emails, taking calls from parents, writing weekly newsletters, organizing upcoming meets, ordering banners, working out schedules for coaches, groups and volunteers, create afternoon practice, manage office, work on finding sponsors, fundraise, manage social media, create marketing campaign to get new swimmers, organize and plan dryland, and an assortment of other things that might come up.
