Seu líder é Freefall, um ex militar que teve sua irmã morta e seu braço arrancado por um Evolutioner. Deadeye, o segundo no comando, também possui um passado militar e entrou para o Triângulo Vermelho depois que Freefall salvou sua família de um ataque Evolutioner. Whisper costumava fazer parte de uma gangue que matava a nova raça por diversão e foi convidada a fazer parte do grupo.
