“The Failures of the Last Scions” by Gunnar Forson

(Please note: these were compiled with notes from the players as to their characters’ bad deeds. Also, Gunnar Forson is evil and a jerk and the bad things he says about some of the characters, such as Samantha, are not okay.)

Barry Baldurson

Broke up with his loving, long-term girlfriend because he decided to make decisions for her about her future.

Not long after, had an affair with a Valkyrie. (With whom he has not kept contact with.)

Also, encouraging and enabling Samuel St Vital in his dangerous adventures.

Claims to be friends with Samuel, but gave him a really terrible and shaming best man’s speech.

Broke an oath with Angrboda, which will likely endanger himself ad his friends in the future.

In summary: Mr Baldurson is a dishonest heart breaker and a disloyal friend.

Matilda Casey

Has been known to romantically lead on several members of the Vanir.

Aldric is still waiting to see her again after prom.

is otherwise, boring, unremarkable.

Is she even worthy of the title of “Hero” or “Scions?”

Has killed opponents, but has made little over-all impact.

In summary; Miss Casey is unworthy of the title of ‘hero.”

(Crowning moment of heartwarming: the St Vital twins immediately jumped to Matilda’s defence calling her a hero and talking about all the monsters she killed. Samuel in particular recalled her heroism at Comic Con.)

Astrid Thursday

Is in constant competition with her siblings for Thor’s power, and is unlikely to be victorious.

Her jealousy makes her more violent than she needs to be.

Famously, she slaughtered a fire giant mother who was only trying to save her infant.

In summary: Miss Thursday is a violent psychopath who is unlikely to achieve anything of note.

Abigail Smithson

May not be entirely loyal to her “friends.”

For example: she stole Samuel St Vital’s medal while they were body-swapped.

Is prone to going off on her own and making plans separate to the rest of the group.

Destined to become a dangerous and ostracised creature like her mother and grandmother.

In summary: Miss Smithson is a dangerous, underhanded thief and cannot be trusted.

Samantha St Vital

(”bring it on!” said Sam/her player)

Is a bitch.

Uses her sexuality to shamelessly get what she wants.

Uses her body and her father’s money to steamroll people (including her friends) and get her way.

Has also thoughtlessly left a trail of broken hearts, including Barry Baldurson’s.

Just wanted to marry someone “dangerous” to be a rebel. It’s unlikely she actually loves him.

In summary: Mrs Lokason St Vital is a selfish whore who will be destined to become the goddess of broken hearts.

Samuel St Vital

The worst of “The Last Scions.”

A disappointment to his parents, wife, friends and fraternity.

Technically hasn’t earned any of his medals.

Is a blatent pervert. he broke into a girls’ summercamp to steal underwear.

Lied, swindled and cheated his way into sleeping with countless women.

Has lied to his wife multiple times.

Uses his friends to support his bad social habits.

Will likely end up disappointing his wife with a horde of bastard children.

In summary: Mr St Vital is a horrible, egotistical crook and con artist and fates help us all if he is the one to take over from Odin after Ragnarok.

At the end, Samuel gave Gunnar a slow clap.
