1. It has been established that Blake isn’t great at chess, but the flip side to this is that Desmond is actually abnormally good at chess. As a hobby, he’s got a general love of board games and classic game-related antiques and is pretty well-versed in chess, go, shogi and several other class games. He finds them really interesting and prefers more drawn-out games, the longer the better. He has 10 different chessboards.
2. Erika is very forgetful on account of her anxious personality and general ADHD. She very often forgets to eat, so Zee makes a habit of reminding her, and so does Matt. Sometimes Zee reminds her at inappropriate times, including during important missions or dangerous scenarios, just bc they always remind her around the same exact time and don’t want to break the habit. On the flip side, Erika sometimes gets a call from Matt out of the blue only for him to go “hey dingus, it’s lunchtime” and then immediately hang up. She loves her dysfunctional little found family and would not trade them for the world.
3. Katrina initially earned her reputation as “feral cat Katrina” because she would raise a fuss whenever her parents took her to big, fancy bureaucrat parties. She refused to wear dresses or do her hair and makeup for them, and would bother the rich and stuck-up guests until they made her leave. On one occasion she and her childhood friend Paulette hoisted the punch bowl into the rafters and spilled it on a very particular unsuspecting guest, creating havoc for everyone.
