Another girl illustration practice. I painted this a few days ago, I wanted to compare the Liquitex acrylic gouache with Golden SoFlat acrylics. I don't see much of a difference between the 2, pigment wise they are both pigmented though I have more colors in the Liquitex line that are opaque than the Golden. I also find that the Golden is faster to dry than Liquitex but both dries matte. . Overall, it's really just your preference which brand you would like to use but either way you can't go wrong with them. One of the illustrated girls I did a few weeks ago. I tried the @goldenpaints SoFlat Matte Acrylics again and I think I got to really enjoy the paints even more this time as compared before. It felt not so different than using gouache paints, maybe a little slicker than gouache. .
