Looks like our April showers brought us some nice May flowers!
Photo: Illinois
Rapple dapple May apples. Also wild hyacinth.
Bring me Flowers, and take me Geocaching. The May Apples are beginning to bloom where there is enough sunlight. In the dappled woods many of them have yet to even develop buds. Took these cool shots under a bridge in Harbin Park while searching for a Geocache I didn’t expect to find, but it finishes off my map in this park and the activity log continues to suggest that this one has been Muggled. Hopefully the administrators will archive this one and a good cache owner can offer us some more fun at these cords instead of a Frowny Face DNF.
I slacked and never got back to that bookshop, but I keep thinking about it. I’m going to go back and talk to that guy. Maybe I’ll bring him flowers.
Wish me Luck,
Alice
