Like on their way to Whiterun so Crow can call Odahviing so they can find where Alduin is, they run into a Khajiit with sandy colored fur with darker brown spots that they swear glimmered a soft blue in the sun, and a Dark Elf with piercing teal eyes yet his gaze seems hallow, bordering lifeless.

And then the Khajiit notices Sorayne, bounding over to the group of mismatch adventures, spewing something about how it had been far too long, decades, since she's seen the Redguard. Yet one thing caught Lucien's ear.

"This one has heard about the sudden boom of dragons in this lands icy tundra. And so thought why not relive the good days of Elsweyr when dragons threatened Jode's core."

"The Rage of Dragons? But that was in the Second Era?" Lucien would ask.

Remiel would then perk up. "Second Era- why are you three...immortal?"

The Dunmer would then sigh, frustrated, while Sorayne walked ahead, anxious. "Immortal implies we cannot die, so no. We are not immortal. The proper term we've been using is ageless."

The Knight, silently observing, thinking, would then realise who they are. Why the Khajiit's fur shimmers blue. Why the Dunmer's eyes are so piercing yet hallow. Why Sorayne always ran off terribly injured yet always came back as if nothing happened just a few moments later. "Vestiges. From the Planemeld, yes?"

"Huh. Smart. That's good," the Dunmer responds.

The first few months after bringing Poppy home, copia is bombarded by Imperator about how he's doing everything "wrong" when it comes to her care. Only for copia to literally lay awake at night thinking about how he's a bad dad bc he's not doing things the "right" way until he's tortured himself with over thinking so much that he looks sickly bc he isn't sleeping or eating but then the ghoulettes assure him he IS doing a good job to which he just literally breaks down

thinking abt a heated argument between gale and tav after the first meeting with elminster where tav begs gale not to use the orb and gale gets really defensive and at some point tav feels resigned and says “fine. but if you do this i will never forgive you.” and gale is like “do you think it’s your forgiveness i need?” because he wants to say something that hurts and the words cut tav like a dagger to the heart

Beta AU. During one of Luz's fights with Boscha, Boscha ends up slamming the side Luz's head into a brick wall & it causes minor damage to her ear. This results in Luz having slightly shitty hearing in that ear, Amity & Willow had to be stopped from committing a homicide. Luz doesn't really mind cause now when people yell at her for not listening she can just retort with "I am technically deaf, so fuck you." It is more mildly inconvenient than actually bad. Boscha got suspended for that one. -PA

Unfortunately for Boscha, Luz has the "haha I'm the only human transfer student with good grades I have immunity >:3" but it only works on very certain severe situations. Boscha minorly inconveniencing Luz by messing up her ear was one of them bc she legitimately could've made Luz deaf in that ear. They of course didn't know what the damage was at the time but the important part is that Luz's head was a bleeding mess and she could barely stand and Amity had to be held by back ridiculously brave bystanders because Amity had already managed to leave a horrific burn scar on Boscha's lower arm before she was stopped. Only reason Willow didn't manage to end Boscha's existence in the dead of night a few hours later is because Gus knew that Luz and Amity would be the first suspects if anything that bad happened to Boscha
