Star Trek: TNG. It was my first, still my favorite.
Crusher/Picard followed closely by Destiel.
3. What is the one thing you love the most about yourself?
I guess I love the fact that even if I'm miserable, depressed, whatever, I'm able to force myself to do something with a good attitude and attention to detail. Like, I might be dying inside, but by god I'm going to work.
4. What is the one quality you love most about other people?
I love people's kindness. Especially when I'm not expecting it. You can run into about a million assholes, and then you get this one person who is just so bright and open and kind, and you think, "Yeah. I guess I'll let them all live when the inevitable robot apocalypse comes."
5. If you read fan fiction, which is your favorite one of all time?
Hot Water by Chiyume. It was one of the first Destiel fics I ever read, and I just loved it. I had never read an AU before I read hers, and I found that I loved AU's, and then I found that I wanted to write one and...well...now you have me.
6. Where did you meet your best friend?
Funnily enough, I met goblynn on the internet! We were both in the same fandom and the same ship, and a friend introduced us. She was pregnant with her son at the time, and he's 9 now! Good god, I feel old!
7. What scared you the most as a kid?
Monsters under the bed. I did the running leap into the center of the bed (center, because if I missed and hit the edge, then "it" could get me) and made my parents turn out the lights for me because there was NO FUCKING WAY I was going to perform the leap in the dark. If "It" could get me with the light on, you BET it could get me with the light off. I'd also cover my head when I slept, and the more blankets I had on, the better. My parents actually ran hot, so they usually had the air conditioner going at full blast at all times anyway, so I could pile on the blankets and not be hot.
8. What is your guilty pleasure?
The Destiel fandom, I guess, and the fic and the art and all the stuff I do for it. goblynn is the only person I know in real life who knows that I do this. I don't know what my family or other friends would say...I don't think they'd even understand half of it. None of them have Tumblr, and my other best friend barely makes it onto Facebook half the time.
9. Do you have any unusual talents?
It's not unusual, but I cook really well. At least I think I do.
10. Who is the one person you’d love to meet?
Sir Patrick Stewart. I'd just love to hug him and tell him how much he means to me. How much his fandom means to me. How much his continued presence in SF/F movies makes me happy. How his bromance with Ian McKellen just makes me smile. I appreciate how he speaks up against domestic violence and violence against women. I appreciate him to the core of my being, and one day, he may not be here for us to love anymore, but I guarantee that his legacy will live on. He is an amazing man, and he deserves to hear how much he contributes to the changes in people's lives.
11. Who is your favorite villain?
This one's hard. I like different villains for different reasons, and while I enjoy people who have tragic backstories, I think I love someone like Bellatrix Lestrange who just loves doing evil for evil itself. Crowley is also a good example of this. I guess you could say in Bella's case, she's doing it for her obsession over Voldemort whereas Crowley does it for himself, but Bella enjoys torture. She just revels in it. The stuff she did to the Longbottoms? That's just classic, and she was proud of that. That's...that's tough to beat. Someone like that has nothing to lose. She is unafraid of anything, and that's terrifying. Death to her is her is just a beginning. I could totally see her as a ghost who comes back and haunts people just for the joy in watching them scream.
