今年生日飯，女朋友帶左我去食我偶像Gordon Ramsay間新扒房試新野，每一道菜都有驚喜！ . Sliced snapper 雖然同普通日本刺身無乜分別，但連埋個配菜同醬汁食，就變左一個西式食法，味道幾有趣！ . Prawn & Chorizo Toast 呢味前菜就咁食已經好好味，但我再落小小青檸汁落去，佢帶起左辣香腸既味道，又係另一既食法，唔會比個蝦味搶曬風頭！ . Pea and Parsley Risotto 作為一個唔太鍾意食蔬菜同意大利飯既我，竟然呢一味會令我會食多幾啖，佢用既配料同佢果種清新既味道，你唔會覺得食落係有種臭青味！ . London is becoming my second home, almost tied in first place. Almost. All we need for a tie is an apartment there, so Park Lane and Mayfair neighborhood be on the wait! Not leaving "The" World's Best City Hotel, The Dorchester. I will still be an habitué. . Love London. Definitely as Dench as it can be. So Reem that makes me shake. First up on the Michelin star hunt, Maze Grill by Gordon Ramsay. Had the 3 course set lunch with cheesy tomato soup, superb tender steak, and ended with a chocolate cake with a glass of wine and cocktail. 🍴👍 Surprising, it was pretty cheap for a 2-star meal, with the total damage at only 50 pounds (S$85).
