Lou Ferrigno Jr. may be Hollywood royalty, but he’s spent most of his career carving out his own identity in the industry. Born on November 12, 1984, he’s built an impressively varied filmography, appearing across television, soap operas, and film. His credits include Days of Our Lives, How I Met Your Mother, Teen Wolf, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., NCIS, Nashville, The Young and the Restless, The Exes, Bones, NCIS: Los Angeles, The Rookie, Stargirl, and Outer Banks.
