Dear MCU Stans. The Young Avengers fandom has a rule update for you regarding Billy Kaplan. Please pay attention.

The Billy Kaplan tag is for Billy Kaplan headcanons related to outside mcu things. Comics. Wishlists for tv shows or cartoons that don’t exist. But it is not for Agathaand WandaVision stuff. Some of us are not excited and are very concerned about Billy Kaplan and we do not want “Teen” clogging up the tag.

Please utilize the MCU Billy tag for all your needs or feel free to come up with an alternative.

He based the face from actor Nick Robinson, he's one of my favorite actors and i'm lowkey dreaming of seeing him as my gay disaster magic man on the upcoming isntallments, he's just born to the role, i can feel it

Genuine question: how was MCU Billy written with antisemitic intent?

It happens in Ep6. Billy Kaplan is the one that's Jewish, which is nothing wrong with that (But it's heavy on the cultural appropriation for a goy to read from the Torah). It starts out fine, until Billy Kaplan dies in the car crash.

Billy Maximoff is Christian through implication (celebrating Christmas instead of Hannukah, Wanda having crosses in her room in the Avengers Towers).

The idea of a Christian boy stealing a Jewish boy's body is antisemitic by default. I don't think the writer knew this or Jac for that matter. Since Jac said that she didn't know anything about Billy at all

That's the antisemitic intent behind it. And before anyone mentions the Kaplans taking Billy Maximoff in, it takes months/years to convert into Judaism

Trick question, but is there genuinely any Jewish fans (besides Zionists *major eye roll*) that like MCU Billy? Like, genuinely like him at all? 'Cause I've recently connected with my Jewish faith & I've got a few friends that are Jewish & none of them like MCU Billy. Not a single one. They say he's bad representation, because he's played by a goy & is written with antisemitic intent. I honestly see it & I understand them, but every time I see a Jewish person defend MCU Billy, they're a Zionist

Before anyone say anything, I'm a fan of Joe Locke. I love his role as Charlie Spring and I do enjoy his acting, but this is a controversial opinion to why he shouldn't have play MCU Billy
