Mobius thinks it’s a great idea to introduce holidays to the reformed TVA. Loki isn’t so sure until he learns that Valentine’s Day is up first. This is the perfect opportunity for Loki to steal a kiss from Mobius—if his plan involving candy hearts works.

Or, the fic here Loki ends up kissing the entire TVA workforce in an attempt to get a kiss from Mobius.
