bucky, yelena, and sam discover that the red room made clones of all the widows and they're just sitting in cloning tanks. so they go on a mission to find natasha. they hit every single cloning facility they can find.

nothing.

until one day they finally get a lead. except in this facility, something went wrong. the clones never aged to adulthood. so bucky and sam and yelena find natasha as preteen, rescue her, and proceed to raise her as their own.
