Day 33/100 days of productivity ✨ Home for the weekend 💕 ▪️I realized that I had tons of Infection classes without any notes (or missing revision) so that was my focus for the day ▪️also managed to wash some clothes and organize my sweater drawer (cause sweater weather is almost here)

What a shitty day

I'm sure I will find this funny and mildly amusing soon enough. I get to work and I'm assigned the 85yo old woman with mental illnesses. I walk on and the bedspread is full of shit, the sheets, the carpet, she even has shit on her forehead. Fuck me right ? Yesterday she was constipated; so I gave her warm prune juice and 30ml of milk of magnesium. I left her showered and clean with a diaper on; but she took it off at some point and left shit everywhere along the way. 85yo patient with severe constipation. When constipation is that bad, the watery stools will still pass on the surrounding areas but the road block is still in full effect. I mean the fecal matter is like rock solid coming out of the anus and leaving it halfway open. And she is visibly in so much pain. One enema later and she is still plugged. The saline solution just seeped out without a chance to do anything. Tonight they will be coming for a KBU test to check urinary track and see how bad is the constipation. Her bum is raw and despite the baby rash cream it's still pretty sore. Effectually I had to manually her pass the stool. Yup, double gloved me had to put my fingers in her ass pull out pieces of stool. I will live but to say the least it's been a very shitty day 💩

Day 32/100 days of productivity ✨ I went home this weekend 💕 ▪️I studied mostly Immunology (I had to make notes on some classes that I had let behind) ▪️After dinner I also studied a bit of pneumonias ▪️I worked a little bit on my bujo as well

Day 27/100 days of productivity ✨ ▪️In the morning I reviewed my notes for my Infection lab test ▪️I had some classes in the afternoon and then did the test ▪️I went to muji with a friend after the test to get some pens and we ended up having dinner ▪️After dinner I still had to prep for my lab classes on Tuesday

▪️Today I mostly studied for my lab classes and tried to get some rest (on Halloween night whilst everyone else was out partying 😂)
