Things:

Went to the Quidditch opener this weekend and I couldn't be prouder of how the team played. They may not have won but I saw this insane passion get lit under there asses. So thats good.

I have been binge watching Alaska State Troopers. 

Its such a surreal show and so cool to see how crime is handled in such a remote state.

My friend, Sean, went home this weekend and when he and his awesome lady got back they brought a peanut butter pie. 

So thank you Grandma of Sean's for such a tasty treat.

I FOLDED my laundry yesterday. 

That is huge for me. 

But I only did half of it because I ran out of quarters

ALSO I got accepted to the Disney College Program! So I finally have semi-formed post grad plans!

The best and the worst weekend ever.

I had a really conflictingly nice/bad weekend. My family was faced with two really huge issues that we need to work on together. We need to have faith in each other and really stay positive in this dark time. But we faced it this weekend with humor and the only way we could, with wine and laughter. Being with family is important. To quote my Gram, "Friends come and go. But family, family, is forever." So stay close to the people in your life. So positive and do your best to see that no matter how hard a situation is you can get through it.

Things:

I did the very adult task of getting my car inspected.

Which in all honesty is a weird experience for a first time car owner and a self-professed idiot when it comes to cars.

But the guys at the shop were super nice, didn't play the shady game, AND explained everything they did. 

Which is an absolute bonus because I really want to not sound like an idiot when I goto the mechanic. 

Also I went grocery shopping, again like an adult. 

Get this I mostly bought veggies! Even though the halloween candy is out I resisted temptation and walked by it.

Until it goes on sale at the end of October that is. 

I get to watch my friends Hedgehog this week so I am excited to spend a little time with the prickly little dude. (Pictures to follow of course.)

Now to cap off this adult day I am going to convince myself to do my laundry... and drink Wine... Because I am an adult.

This will be a mishmash of my life:

Spent a lovely day around town today. I went to the magical back cracking man to get my second adjustment. He said things are looking better and after Monday I should only need to see him about once a month. So yay! Got my hairs cut. No more dead weight. I have finally cut all of the dead bleached gunk out and have fairly healthy hair. Now to just resist the urge to do fun things with it again. Lastly my cousin and I spent the evening together. Usually on Fridays my gram host's a cocktail hour but since my other cousin (Ughh so many cousin's) had her rehearsal dinner we improvised. We got wine and pizza then painted our nails. It was a nice day.

Things:

I like watching Kitchen Nightmares on Netflix because they don't censor how naughty Gordon Ramsey's speech gets.

I bet you all can guess what I am watching.

I have been spending a fair amount of time knitting lately. With my Gram's help I have learned a new stitch and finished two projects so far.

The amount of laundry that has accumulated in my bedroom is reaching terrifying proportions. I just cant seem to shake the school/laundry thoughts. 

It is nice that when you live at home laundry is free.

Speaking of at home... This unemployment thing is giving me cabin fever.

My mental health has been weird lately. I have been this mix of extremely happy and content with how far I've come but also frustrated that I am still struggling with my anxiety.

Things:

Busy weekend! 

Busy in a good way with lots of fun and family.

But with this weekend came news that inst so grand...

*Quick pause for suspense.*

I was talking with one of my cousins, most of cousins are gluten intolerant and was asking questions about how they knew. 

Everything they described I have been dealing with for the past like 6 months or so. 

Kind of blows... If it turns out to be true that means no more bread! 

AND THE PRICES FOR GF PRODUCTS ARE FREAKING HIGH!

Thinking about it the cousins that are Gluten Intolerant are the only cousins I share blood with. So I guess it would make sense.

So this week is GF Week for me.

ALSO I start Z, the Zelda Fitzgerald biography and it is amazing. She is so awesome.
