And this means YOUR priorities matter, too, mama... For me, a happy mom that loves life means: 1 - If I’m going to spend so much time at work away from my son, I better eff’ing LOVE (or at least ENJOY) the work I’m doing and the atmosphere I am in. (Cue profession change as a single, expat mom, of a two year old...no better timing, right 😅 😅 😅) #meaningfulwork 2- I deserve love, too, so prioritizing time for my relationship is not selfish but important to make me a happier mom, create the environment I want my son to grow up in, and to be an example of the love I hope for my son to find for himself one day. #meaningfulrelationships 3 - Who I was before my son, is still an important part of who I am. As a single mom, I did have to pause my training to work and parent full time. I said PAUSE. “Pause” for me did mean “give up completely” for almost 3 years, but when the time is right and you are able to, never feel guilty for making time for the things that make you YOU. Even if they are new things... does your own hobby or past time contribute to being a happy mom who loves life? Then... 💁🏼♀️ A happy home. See next post... What can you do more of (or less of) that would make you a happier mom...? #happymom #lovelife #singlemoms #personaldevelopment #workonyourself #bestlife #happiestlife #roadtohappiness #momboss #bossmom #meaningfulworkmeaningfulrelationships https://www.instagram.com/p/CV3VlAqPo0h/?utm_medium=tumblr
