Another month down of BBG!! I am on BBG round 2, week 5 now! It’s not always easy to get all my workouts in but it’s so worth it. I feel happier, more confident and so much fitter. Here’s to another month. Do you want to start bbg? Message me!!

Have been absolutely dreading the thought of sharing this. On the left is me in January, when I made this account. I had not been taking the best care of myself, didn't exercise regularly anymore and ate like crap. The right is me today after working out hard and eating healthy so far this summer. I am so proud of all I have done so far and hope I can only continue to grow. In feb I started going to spin classes 4/5 times a week, doing ab workouts after every class and eating healthy and continued this through April. In April I got really sick and ate healthy / laid low for a while. In may I went to Italy for a month for a study abroad program. Where I did my best to eat healthy / combat any weight gain by walking 8/10 miles a day just from exploring (so lucky!!). I also did sporadic workouts. In June I went travelling with my boyfriend. We did our best to eat super healthy and explored so much. We didn't workout at all.... For the past month I restarted kayla's bbg program and have really focused on my eating, in terms of eating good, healthy foods and enough to fuel my body. I am a month back into the guide and can really see my confidence has improved and I feel so much fitter. I am also down 5 pounds since Jan!!!!!!!!!!! No journey is perfect, working out isn't either. You just have to do your best for each situation you find yourself in. Don't sacrifice your life for the gym!!!! Being healthy is not a quick fix, it's not a sometimes, it's a lifestyle!
