Today was the first tri of the season... Words can not describe how bitterly Baltic the conditions were this morning.. I (suprisingly) beasted the swim..!! No panic attacks. No meltdowns. No dramas. I just swam.. The bike leg saw me vomit, but I locked my focus on the bike in front and went imto "attack" mode making sure I overtook them... The run was more of a hustled walk with the worst stitch you could possibly imagine.. Yet despite all of this. I smiled the whole way round. I even enjoyed myself. It's probably been my favourite event to date..
