This was a time when every other person was glued to devices, following algorithmic bread crumbs like lemmings to the edge of an existential cliff. They thought artificial intelligence was going to liberate them. Instead, it served up cat videos and conspiracy theories on an endless loop. Oh, the irony—evolving brains, devolving attention spans. Bravo, humanity.

Of course, we cannot overlook the Meteoritic chapter, when humans finally got a cosmic wake-up call—courtesy of giant space rocks hurtling toward Earth. One would think a meteor impact would have snuffed them out, but no! Like cockroaches in business suits, they survived. And this is where human ingenuity really shines: their brilliant solution wasn’t global collaboration or advanced deflection technology. Oh no, they started building underground bunkers. Hide first, innovate later—that was the motto. It’s a miracle any of them ever saw daylight again.

Finally, we arrive at the present—a shining epoch where our ancestors' blunders have brought us to interstellar mastery. What did we learn from them? That human evolution was less a straight line and more a drunken zigzag toward progress. The meditators found solace, the pied humans were led astray, and the meteoritic survivors? Well, they scuttled underground, evolved, and—against all odds—became us, the hyper-intelligent beings before you today.

Meditate has taken on so many various distinctions with other religions I’m very grateful for a detailed summary of the word as it appears in the Bible.

Personally meditating on Scripture is something I haven’t done a good job of in my life. I tend to be very busy and scattered.
