Hi,
I have been teaching meditation for years. Due to the pandemic, Ive been getting a lot more people who are intersted. My class are held on zoom for just $10 for 40 minutes. During the first few minutes I will guide you into a deep relaxation for mind and body where we will focus on the breath, sensations, the space around us and just being calm and connected. I have incorporated breathing techniques and different meditations for stress, high BP, headaches and anger. We will also have meditations on how to release past hurts and how to be grateful.
My students now more than ever have come to welcome and appreciatte meditation. These are difficult, challanging times. We all need to focus on self care and try to reduce stress as much as we can. Meditation can help with this. We can get overwhelmed and caught up in our thoughts and emotions that we can at times find it hard to relax, find peace or even get a good night’s sleep.
