Namaste...
Finished the week with a twisty, hardcore yoga class, came home to cook a delicious (and healthy!) meal, and have granted myself an evening to relax before a weekend of heavy assignments and more hardcore gym time. This evening of ‘old me’ stuff (i.e.. pre-med) has got me feeling completely relaxed.
Definitely the way I needed to end the struggle that was another week of the work/uni juggling act.
(Even though, to be honest, uni could not have been more cruise-y this week. Thank you, ICU! Happy dance).
I feel oddly like my old (happy? happier??) self again. Even if only for a few hours.
