My dad just blew my mind...

Apparently I had two brothers I never met. My mother was raped when she was young and bore a son that she lost and my father had a son with another woman whom died. My dad told me I was the reason he completely changed his drug filled list chasing ways and found God. When I was just 2 years old I found my dad crying and praying at the side of a bed and crawled over to comfort him. He told me he was so desperate and so broken he was considering suicide. He laid his head in my lap and I said, “it’s going to be okay daddy…” He snapped back with a, “You’re just a kid! You don’t understand what I’m going through! What makes you say that son?” … he stared at me as I stood up. “My two brothers always tell me it’s going to be okay! And I believe them!” He stared at me in shock. “T…two brothers?” I said, “Yeah! One is way taller than me and the other one who looks just like me and looks like this!” My dad gasped and cried even harder. Apparently my brother had on a baseball cap in one of the few pictures taken of him before he died and I did the exact same pose he did in a picture I never saw. I… was a 2 year old child and I saw and spoke to the spirits of my two dead half brothers. That was the day my father became a Christian and finally believed in God. As for me? I always knew there was more to life than just this and… Now I know why that’s never been hard for me to believe.

I love Make No Mistake so much! I read the latest chapter immediately and now regret it cause I'll have to wait so long for the next update. But I was curious - in the canon world Chopper and Zoro are really close. I was wondering if that was gonna be reflected in the MNM universe? I mean I know we've had scenes with them (New Years Eve for example) but I was wondering if the connection would be translated even deeper?

hm. had to think about how to answer this one. i know you wanna know about zoro and chopper in particular, but i dont wanna spoil anything or straight up say what’s gonna happen one way or another, so i think im just gonna say that chopper’s relationship and connection with everyone is important, and the closeness between chopper and everyone in the house is integral as hell to the story
