Seeing this post reminded me of Mike Birbiglia, a comedian who actually did sleepwalk and actually did zip himself into a sleeping bag at night. He would also wear mittens so he wouldn't unzip the sleeping bag. Please try not to picture Will Graham putting on mittens to go to sleep.
