Hipster or Chosid..?   Hipster or Chosid..? Both maybe.. is it possible to be both..? No.. Okay then I guess I’m a Chosid. Or a wannabe Chosid. Yes my tattoos are a dead give away that I’m a BT – Baal Tshuva (and Bearded Trainer). Why did I get into this game..? Well before I was a spiritual BT I was a physical BT. Explanation imminent.. So I used to be involved in the music industry. And I used to be involved in that kind of lifestyle as well. As a result, I was not very healthy. I used to eat junk, drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes (and other things). And I put on a fair bit of weight. 20 kilos in fact. So one day something switched and I decided it was time to make a change. And that decision altered the trajectory of my life. So I lost 20 kilos.. completely changed career.. became a personal trainer.. studied integrative nutrition and yoga.. started a fitness business.. got married to the love of my life.. became a parent.. travelled the world.. migrated south to Melbourne and now here I am in St Kilda East pumped to get started with my fitness business. Just went for my first run in a while since an ankle injury which I got from you guessed it... running. So far feeling pretty strong. Trick is to not push too much too soon.
