Silim! I’ve answered an ask about this word before, so I know this one! The word for “dove” in Sumerian is tum. It’s written with two signs in cuneiform, tum(mushen), with the latter acting as a classifier indicating that we’re talking about a bird; the “mushen” is only written, not pronounced. There is also a related word, tumgur(mushen), which means “domesticated dove” specifically.
