I drew young Mender!Gaster with his father on the library. This take place around the middle ages so they used an early Modern English or Shaphereian English (that’s the english we can understand as normal peeps as far as I know). Making comic isn’t part of the art trade but I voluntarily wanted to add it cause it took a bit awhile to finish this thus the wait. I could’ve done it faster but PC broke before I could finish it haha xD. I tried to replicate old English astronomy textbook without complicating it in the process while still gives the old middle age vibe.

I had few scenes to pick for this and the choice was hard, at one point I scrapped the idea and picked this one instead.

This is an incredibly pivotal moment in the story and I wanted to encapsulate it in one image; the connection, the union of two trapped SOULs, their desperate escape and the beginning of something greater, and also something dangerous.
